Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 cans tomato soup
Preparation
    In a bowl mix fresh ground beef and rice; season with salt to taste.
    Make into round 2-inch meatballs.
    Brown in a large skillet.
    Add tomato soup.
    Simmer until they are done.
