Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. milk
    nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Beat eggs; mix flour with sugar and add to eggs gradually.
    Add flavoring, then add milk.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes.
