Sausage Scramble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
12 eggs
3 c. milk
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. garlic and onion flavored croutons
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cook and stir sausage over medium heat until light brown; drain.
Place sausage in greased baking dish, 13 x 8 x 2-inch.
In a separate bowl, beat together eggs and milk; stir in cheese.
Pour egg mixture on sausage.
Sprinkle with croutons.
Bake, uncovered, until knife inserted in center comes out clean (45 to 55 minutes).
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
