Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh squash
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    grated Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cut squash and boil to your tenderness.
    In a big bowl, mix well squash, 2 eggs, chopped onions, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese.
    After mixing well, pour in a long casserole dish. Top with more cheese (as much as you like) and crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
