Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    4 tsp. or 4 cubes beef bouillon
    3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a nonstick skillet or with a little oil and set aside. Put UNCOOKED RICE in a baking dish. Top with onion, bell pepper and drained mushrooms. Place pork chops on top. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Pour over chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
