Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small jar taco sauce
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 green chili pepper, chopped
    1/2 lb. mild cheese, shredded
    1 bag Doritos (taco or barbecue) chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add taco sauce, chopped pepper and soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour half of mixture in a casserole dish.
    Place half of the chips on top of mixture. Spread layer of cheese.
    Repeat process with remaining meat sauce, chips and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
