Quick Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker crust, baked
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
    whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add the milk, and beat until well blended.
    Next add the pudding and beat for 1 minute.
    Pour the mixture into the cooled crust.
    Chill well.
    Top with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs and serve with whipped cream.
