Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 tsp. seafood seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Remove crust from 2 slices of bread; break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk.
    Pick over 1 pound crab meat, removing any bits of shell.
    Add crab meat to bread; add seafood seasoning, salt, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, baking powder and egg.
    Mix well.
    Shape into patties. Fry quickly in hot shortening until brown.
