Fat Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (2 1/2 oz.) jars Gerber 1st Step prunes
4 egg whites
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1 c. cocoa, unsweetened
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve coffee in boiling water.
Mix first 6 ingredients together; stir well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Pour moist ingredients into dry ingredients; stir well.
Spray tube pan with nonfat cooking spray.
Lightly flour pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan and invert on wire rack.
