Spinach Fettuccine With Shrimp And Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. shallots, finely minced
1/2 lb. small shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb. bay scallops, rinsed
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. dill, chopped
1/2 c. white cooking wine
1 c. half and half
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. spinach fettuccine
Preparation

Place half the butter and all of oil in pan; saute shallots until transparent.
Add shrimp and scallops.
Cook about 1 minute. Add basil and dill; stir.
Add wine and cook on medium heat until liquid is halved.
Add half and half; simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Add remaining butter and Parmesan cheese to cooked pasta; toss.
Top with shrimp and serve.
