Green Tomato Relish(Chow Chow) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 1/2 lb. green tomatoes, diced
    10 bell peppers, diced
    6 hot peppers, diced
    8 large onions, diced
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. whole cloves (3 or 4)
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    3 bay leaves
    1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cover with salt the tomatoes, peppers and onions; let stand overnight.
    Drain and add other ingredients and boil 15 minutes. Can, following manufacturer's instructions.
