Game Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Cornish hens
1 1/2 c. honey
1 1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper
1 c. rice
1 c. pineapple

Preparation

Wash hens and pat dry; season with salt, paprika and pepper. Rub lightly with oil.
Combine remaining ingredients for stuffing and toss lightly.
Divide stuffing among hens.
Place in roasting pan and roast for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
