Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 c. strawberries
6 Tbsp. flour or 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
1 1/4 c. sugar (cut back to 3/4 c. if strawberries are very sweet)
1 tsp. orange rind
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, let stand 15 minutes.
Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust and cut slits in top.
Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Remove foil and bake 25 minutes more.
Let stand before cutting.
For large pie, double this recipe.
