Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (see page 47 for Plain Pastry recipe)
Preparation

In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool.
Serves 8.
