Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or wild duck
2 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. pimentos
Preparation

Cook chicken or wild duck in salted water; debone.
Saute onion, celery.
Add to cooked rice.
Stir in mushroom soup pimentos; pour in baking dish.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
We love it made up especially for our son, Bob and all his wild ducks.
