Cheesecake Lemon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon flavor cake mix (not pudding in mix)
1/2 c. butter
3 large eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks (room temperature)
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
confectioners sugar (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix butter and 1 egg in large bowl with electric mixer until crumbly.
Press in bottom of prepared pan.
Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven.
