Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 peeled and diced potatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    milk (as needed) or half and half
    \"dollop\" of mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel, dice and boil potatoes. Mash while hot with butter. Stir in \"dollop\" of mayonnaise. Add milk (or half and half) until desired consistency is reached. Salt and pepper to taste.
