Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/4 c. all-purpose or bread flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. active dry yeast (1 Tbsp.)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and dry yeast.
    Heat milk and butter until very warm.
    Add to dry ingredients along with egg.
    Beat with a mixer about 2 minutes.
    By hand, stir in remaining 2 cups flour to form a stiff batter.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, 6 to 12 hours.
    Stir down batter.
    Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling each about 1/2 full.
    Cover and let rise until doubled.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
