Curry Roast Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves (bone in)
    2 garlic cloves, halved
    6 Tbsp. honey
    4 Tbsp. white wine
    3 tsp. curry powder
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Rub chicken with garlic.
    Place chicken in baking dish.
    Bring honey, wine and curry powder to a boil.
    Stir until thick, about 2 minutes.
    Brush chicken with glaze and roast at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Brush with remaining glaze and continue roasting until done, about 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Sprinkle with chives.
    Serve with herbed rice.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
