Hot Chicken Salad Almandine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
1 1/2 c. unflavored croutons
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. diced onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Top with 1/2 cup slivered almonds.
Bake in ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
