Cherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved lengthwise
    1/3 c. cherry or seedless red raspberry preserves
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of ground allspice
Preparation
    Rinse chicken; pat dry.
    Place on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 6 minutes. Brush with some of the lemon juice.
    Turn poultry over.
    Brush with remaining lemon juice.
    Broil 6 to 9 minutes or until tender and no longer pink.
