Potato Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 cups sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 stick butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
