Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts or raisins (or both or none)
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Stir in apples.
Mix dry ingredients and add to batter.
Add nuts and raisins.
Bake in greased loaf cake pan or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
