Eggplant Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium sized eggplant
    3/8 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. oil
    spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Peel eggplant.
    Cut crosswise about 1/2-inch thick.
    Place slices onto nonstick baking sheet.
    Brush with 1/8 cup oil.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
