Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
1/4 lb. bacon, chopped
1 medium onion, minced
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated cheese
salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until soft. Cut in half and scoop out flesh.
Fry bacon for 5 minutes; add onion and cook another 5 minutes.
Mash the potatoes and add bacon, onion, mustard, egg, cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well. Fill the potato skins with mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4 to 8.
