Squash Souffle(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed
    1/4 c. fat-free egg substitute
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tart apple (such as Winesap)
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. real maple syrup
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Steam squash until very tender (about 10 minutes).
    Transfer to food processor. Add egg substitute, cinnamon and nutmeg. Puree, then transfer to a large bowl.
