Russian Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oranges
3 lemons
2 c. sugar
1 (No. 2) can pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. tea
1 gal. boiling water
1 tsp. whole cloves
1 stick cinnamon
Preparation

Slice oranges and lemons thin.
Cover with sugar and let stand one hour or more.
Cover tea with the boiling water.
Strain over fruit, cloves and cinnamon.
Let simmer two hours.
Add pineapple juice.
Serve hot.
Serves 35.
