Cal'S Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork spareribs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shoyu
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
garlic and ginger to taste
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients in deep pot and cook until meat is tender, first medium-high until it boils and then simmer.
Takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
