Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Cook over low heat until melted.
    Combine cake mix, soft margarine and rest of evaporated milk.
    Mix until crumbly.
    Press 3/4 of mix in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour melted caramels, nuts and chocolate chips on top.
    Crumble remaining cake mix on top.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
