Scalloped Potatoes With Cheddar Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (reduced calorie or reduced fat)
    3/4 c. skim milk
    4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/8-inch slices (about 4 c.)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (non fat) (4 oz.)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Empty soup into 2-quart casserole.
    Stir in milk gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and microwave on High 20 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
