Spring Garden Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. fresh green peas or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. finely chopped raw potatoes
1 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. boiling water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/3 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. dairy sour cream for garnish

Preparation

In saucepan in 1 cup water, cook peas, potatoes and onions until tender.
In a bowl or another pan, combine boiling water, bouillon cubes, celery salt and curry powder.
In a blender, puree undrained cooked vegetables until smooth.
Blend into bouillon.
