Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in pieces
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. pimento
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/3 c. shredded sharp or Swiss cheese
    3 c. coarsely broken potato chips
Preparation
    Blend together ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Drop into greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese, then potato chips over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and delicately browned and bubbly.
