Cooked Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or more head lettuce, cut up
vinegar
salt to taste
sugar
Preparation
-
Make a mixture of vinegar, sugar and water to a sweet and sour taste.
(Use very little water because so much cooks out of lettuce.)
Just use enough so it won't burn.
Pour over lettuce and cook until completely wilted.
Takes a good while.
