Micro White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    dash of white pepper
    dash of grated or ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Pour milk into 2 cup glass measure. Use Cook cycle and cook 2 minutes; set aside. Place butter in 2 cup glass measure. Use Cook cycle and cook 1 minute or until melted.
    Stir in flour. Use Cook cycle and cook 1 minute. Briskly stir in warm milk, pepper and nutmeg. Use Cook cycle and cook 4 1/2 to 5 minutes or until mixture boils, stirring once during cooking time. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Total cooking time is 8 1/2 to 9 minutes.
