Jellied Apple Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. apples (unpared), chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    salad greens (as desired)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add cold water, lemon juice and salt.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except greens.
    Pour into 1-quart mold or an 8 x 8-inch pan, 2 inches thick.
    Chill until firm.
