Suzy'S Pear Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. or more frozen pears or 6 to 7 sliced fresh pears
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice or more
1 c. pineapple juice
blob of oleo
Preparation

Mix sugar with cornstarch.
Add to pears in pan.
Add other ingredients and simmer to mix.
While you do this, cut pie crust in strips.
Spray Pam in your glass dish.
Lay strips of one crust and sprinkle sugar, butter and cinnamon over.
Cook at 400\u00b0 until golden.
Take from oven and add pear mix to this; it will sizzle. Put strips from other crust over the pears.
Dot with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Use oblong glass dish (large one).
Also can use peaches or berries.
