Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. fresh or frozen broccoli florets
    1/3 lb. natural Swiss cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 homemade or frozen pie shells (not deep dish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Steam broccoli for 15 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
