Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked grits
    2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 eggs, separated
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine grits, milk, butter, egg yolks and salt.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into grits mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour.
