Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 c. white or brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in the order given; mix well.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Bake in a hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0; continue baking for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
