Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 potatoes
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    4 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes.
    Cover with water.
    Cook until tender, then drain.
    Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and pickles; pour over potatoes.
    Dice egg; add to mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    More or less mayonnaise can be used, if you wish.
