Baked Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. bottled
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    Mix all ingredients. Lightly put mixture in greased loaf pan.
    Smooth top.
    May sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
    Bake 40 minutes.
