Struffli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour (1 lb.)
    6 egg yolks
    4 whole eggs
    2 Tbsp. whiskey
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. milk
    Honey to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll out into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
    Cut into pieces and deep fry in 2 qt. very hot oil, until golden brown, drain and cool.
    Heat honey until runny, add struffle, lower heat and allow struffle to absorb honey.
    Pile in dishes, cool and top with sprinkles.
    The amount of honey is to your taste, the more honey you use the sweeter the struffli will be.
