Polska Kielbasa Old Country Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 bunch broccoli, trimmed and sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage or Polska kielbasa
salt and pepper
Preparation

In heavy skillet, fry bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon.
Add sliced potatoes, broccoli, carrots, celery and onions to bacon drippings.
Saute over medium heat.
