Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. flour
2 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
Mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until browned on edges.
Remove from sheet at once.
Makes about 18 macaroons.
