De De'S Pumpkin Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 lb. can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Set aside.
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Stir into mixture; add spices.
    Add nuts and dates (both chopped well). Bake in 2 loaf pans or 3 (1 pound) cans, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
