Ricotta Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 lb. Ricotta
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add rice.
    Mix Ricotta, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Add to eggs and rice.
    Blend all together.
    Pour into greased 10-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This pie makes its own crust.
