Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 green onions, finely chopped (if desired)
    1/2 c. vinaigrette dressing
    1/4 lb. Blue cheese, cut into cubes
    8 slices bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach; tear leaves into bite size pieces. Place in salad bowl.
    Add mushrooms and onions.
    Pour dressing over spinach; toss to coat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bacon; toss lightly.
    Serves 4.
