Noodle Kugel(Sweet Pasta) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. broad noodles
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. carton cottage cheese
2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil noodles according to package; drain.
In large bowl, add butter and sugar to noodles.
Beat eggs.
Add to sour cream.
Add to noodle mixture.
Add sliced apples, raisins, cinnamon, cottage cheese and vanilla.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
If seems dry, add more cottage cheese and/or sour cream.
Pour into buttered, 2-quart pan.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
