Hawaiian Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice (cold)
    1 c. cooked bite-size chicken (cold)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 to 1/2 c. mayo
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Toss just before serving.
    Serve on lettuce leaves or pineapple shells.
