Small Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and corn syrup in 2-quart pan.
    Stir until sugar dissolves.
    Cook to 232\u00b0 without stirring.
    Add cream of tartar.
    Beat until creamy with wire whip.
    Add a few drops of flavoring, oil and food coloring.
    Drop from teaspoon on wax paper.
    (Keep pan over hot water.)
